The story

Where did Tayibat come from?

Dr Diaa Al-Awadi — intensive care and therapeutic nutrition consultant at Ain Shams University — developed Tayibat from years of clinical work with digestive, autoimmune, and obesity patients.

He observed that much chronic illness links to excess digestive load, and that restoring balance with easier-to-digest foods and fewer triggers often brings noticeable improvement.

From that philosophy came the golden rules: eat at true hunger, stop before fullness, weekly fasting days, warm water on waking, and a spoon of natural sugarcane vinegar after the main meal when appropriate.
